What is a credit?

One credit covers 100 comments analyzed, and every App Buddy tool spends the same credits. An analysis is rounded up once, not once per batch, so a video with 250 comments costs 3 credits.

Do credits expire?

Your plan’s credits refresh at the start of each calendar month and don’t carry over. Credits you buy as a pack never expire, and they’re only used once your monthly credits are gone.

What happens if an analysis stops early?

You’re only charged for the comments actually processed, and you keep every question found so far. Invalid links, unavailable videos, and videos with comments turned off cost nothing.

How does the free trial work?

First-time subscribers get a free trial with a set number of credits. A payment method is required to start it, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel any time before then in Manage Billing. Each account is eligible for one trial.

Does an annual plan include a year of credits up front?

No. Annual plans are billed once a year, and credits refresh every calendar month — the same monthly credits as the monthly plan.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Switch between monthly and annual, or cancel, in Manage Billing. Stripe shows the new price, when the change takes effect, any proration, and your next billing date before you confirm. After canceling, paid access continues until the end of the current period.
